Learning about how speed, strength, power, endurance and agility are essential to rugby they will then apply this to examine how these combinations are vital to each position.

Investigate the process of building your very own stadium with our team-based workshop. Groups will challenge each other’s ideas to make the best decisions for their company whilst considering the local community, economic factors and the geography of the town.
