Free carer tickets
D/deaf and disabled visitors are welcome to add a free carer ticket when booking their visit.
At the 'Select Your Tickets' stage of the booking process, there is a tick box to indicate that the group includes a person with a disability. Once ticked, an option becomes available to add a free carer ticket.
Wheelchair Access
The World Rugby Museum and Allianz Stadium Tour route uses lifts and is fully accessible to wheelchair users. There is step-free access to the England Rugby Store. There are multiple plug sockets around the museum where a mobility scooter can be charged if necessary.
There are accessible toilets in the World Rugby Museum. One with left-hand transfer (downstairs, requires a Radar key) and one with right hand-transfer (upstairs).
Blue Badge parking
Blue Badge parking spaces are located at the far end of the West Car Park, near the England Rugby Store.
Occasionally during event periods the West Car Park will be closed. In this instance, the nearest Blue Badge parking spaces are located at Gate D, Rugby Road. If needed, the Short Stay Gate A car park, located directly outside the England Rugby Store, can be used for drop-offs before parking in one of the Blue Badge bays near Gate D.
In order to get free parking, your Blue Badge must be displayed on your dashboard and your vehicle must be registered on arrival at the England Rugby Store. Failure to register will result in a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) being issued.
World Rugby Museum and Allianz Stadium Tour visitors should not use the Short Stay Gate A Parking on Whitton Road.
Please note - parking is not available on event days.
Find a map of Allianz Stadium and which car park is currently in use on our Plan Your Visit page.
Accessible toilets
The museum has two accessible toilets - one on the ground floor (right-hand transfer) and one on the first floor (left-hand transfer). Please note: The ground-floor accessible toilet requires a Radar key.
A Changing Places toilet is available on the concourse outside the England Rugby Store. Please speak to a member of staff if you require access.
Assistance Dogs
Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in the World Rugby Museum and on Allianz Stadium Tours.
