Legends Tour of Allianz Stadium Announced with Lewis Moody

Join the tour on Saturday 29 March 2025 to enjoy the personal insights, match memories, and fascinating playing career tales of a true giant of the game, while you explore the England Changing Room, line-up alongside Lewis in the Players' Tunnel, and step out into the grand stadium bowl, to grab a photo beside the world-famous pitch.

Moreover, as part of the day, enjoy a self-guided tour of the award-winning World Rugby Museum, which houses the world's most extensive collection of rugby football memorabilia, including many match-worn shirts, historic trophies and much more.

Player Profile: Lewis Moody

Lewis Moody made his debut for England in 2001, scoring his first international try against the USA. Over a career spanning eleven years, Lewis became the most capped flanker in English rugby history, winning 71 caps and scoring 9 tries.

He started in three matches of England's historic 2003 World Cup campaign and was a replacement in the other four matches, notably winning a crucial line-out ball in the lead up to Jonny Wilkinson's drop goal in extra time of the Final.

In 2005, Lewis was called up to the British and Irish Lions squad, for the New Zealand Tour, playing two tests, and scoring a try in the third test.

In the 2007 World Cup, Lewis played in all seven matches for England, starting in the final four matches, including the defeat in the Final against South Africa. He took over the England captaincy at the end of the 2010 International Championship and captained England in his final eleven internationals, ending his international career with a defeat to France in Auckland in the quarter-finals of the 2011 World Cup.
