The 281 bus stops directly outside the stadium (excluding match and event days).

Free parking is available for World Rugby Museum and Twickenham Stadium Tour visitors in the West car park via Gate 4, Rugby Road, TW1 1DZ (excluding match and event days) 

Taxis can drop off/pick up at the turning circle on the south east corner of the stadium (excluding match and event days).

Additional dates for closure may be announced nearer the time.

No stadium tours are available on match and event days.

Please note that stadium tours may not be operating for several days before and after these events. It is advisable to contact the museum office for availability before making your journey.

Stadium Tours depart from the England Rugby Store in the South Stand of Twickenham Stadium.

Tickets for the World Rugby Museum are purchased on arrival at the England Rugby Store. Please check the museum's opening times prior to travel.

The England Rugby Store

The England Rugby Store is in the South West corner of the Stadium, selling official England Rugby merchandise.

Special offer: 10% off purchases at the England Rugby Store.
To claim the discount, simply show your booking confirmation when paying for goods at the tills. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. This offer can only be used on day of your stadium tour or museum visit and not valid on match/event days.

Toilets

Toilets are available in the World Rugby Museum and at the beginning of the Stadium Tour. 

Catering

The London Marriott Hotel Twickenham is in the South Stand of the Stadium and includes an array of catering facilities for our visitors to take advantage of.

Luggage

There are no left luggage or cloakroom facilities at the stadium. For security, bags may be searched upon arrival.

Wheelchair Access

The World Rugby Museum and Twickenham Stadium Tour route uses lifts and is fully accessible to wheelchairs.

There are accessible toilets at the stadium.

The England Rugby Store and Marriott Hotel both offer step free access.

Assistance Dogs

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome on Twickenham Stadium Tours.
